Honolulu Passport Office visits Saipan
The Honolulu Passport Office team—Director Melissa Naguwa, Customer Service Manager Michael Betts, and Ms. Lizzie Salerno—visited the Saipan District Office last week during their annual trip to the CNMI. We had a productive discussion on the challenges faced by passport applicants in the Northern Marianas, particularly residents of Rota and Tinian and explored opportunities to improve processing for all who call the CNMI home. Last week, the State Department team set up shop at the Multi-Purpose Center on Saipan to help residents who have lost their passports during Super Typhoon Sinlaku. This was a real service to our community and I truly appreciate your continued dedication to the Commonwealth and am grateful they took the time to visit.
