I was honored to attend the Chamorro Culture and Language Research Training Program hosted at the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library. Events like this are an important reminder that preserving our language, history, and traditions is not only about honoring our past, but also about investing in future generations. It was wonderful to see local researchers and students sharing their work and contributing to a deeper understanding of Chamorro language and culture.
