2026 Congressional Art Competition

Just 7 days to go! Each spring, the U.S. House of Representatives invites high school students from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. territories to participate in the nationwide competition and showcase their artistic talent. All artwork must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026. Submissions may be delivered by hand or mailed to any of the congressional district offices on Saipan, Tinian, or Rota, which are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contest guidelines and student release forms are available at https://king-hinds.gov/art-competition/.
